Terms of Service for Donations

General Terms
All donations to New Garden Farms (newgardenfarms.org) are non-refundable and do not equate to stock or vested options in New Garden Farms. By making a donation you agree to pay the full amount contributed. We are not resposible for donating excess amounts. So ensure you verify the amount you are confortable donating prior to confirming payment or donation.
For subscription based donations you agree to pay the amount you opt to donate unless you cancel your subscription. Meaning we can not refund money that has been donated because you forgot to unsubscribe. So please ensure if you change your mind about reoccuring charges to opt-out / cancel your donation subscription.
Donations to new garden farms will be used to secure funding for 501(c) status and starting New Garden Farms. As the current state of New Gardens Farms is pending donations are not claimable for a tax deduction.
Cryptocurrency-based payments / donations are nontax deductible and irreversible so be sure to use a verified address and amount as there is no way to reverse crypto based payments. So we advise being extra careful.
Some items in our shop may be sold as donations in the form of plants, hats, or various other products when we do fund raisers. Please note that these are non tax deductable as well.

Third-Party Payment Services
This site uses Stripe, PayPal, Venmo to process donations digitally. They have separate terms of service and privacy policies which you can find here.

Privacy Policy / Other Terms
For Donations we do not sell emails or customer information to third party comapnies or sources. Beyond what is required by law or required for payment processing. (ex: PayPal, Venmo, Stripe).
